MEET MEADOWPOINT PLAYER DON BASS
Not only is Don one of our very first players, he is a regular and is our Pickleball Club photographer!
Don is one of the original Meadow Point Pickleball Players. Originally from Carmel, New York, Don and his wife Linda now reside in Meadow Pointe II. An Alumni of NOVA Southeastern University, Don previously worked as a Sr. Manager of Customer Support and Training, and is currently in Residential Real Estate Sales.
In addition to Pickleball, Don still enjoys Tennis, Golf and Scuba Diving, but the favorite pastime for him and his wife is spending time with their grandchildren.Friends, Rich and Donna Donald introduced Don to the game of Pickleball. He has attended pickleball events with the Kings Point Pickleball League in Sun City Center, with RV’ers at Peace River in Wauchula and Claremont and at the Torrey Oaks RV Resort in Bowling Green. Don also helped to introduce pickleball to the youth in our area doing a pickleball demonstration at a local middle school in New Tampa. He is our Official Meadow Pointe Pickleball Club Photographer. If you ask Don why he plays pickleball, he'll tell you: "I am able to get some exercise while enjoying the company of some wonderful people.

MORE WITH MO
When we got up on Friday morning, it was cold, windy and raining like you wouldn’t believe. The clinic was scheduled for 3:00 in the afternnon, and at 1:00 the skies were still cloudy and it continued to drizzle. But we got the squeegees and the blowers out and managed to get the courts dried. Believe it or not at 2:45 the sun even came out….
Rich and Donna.
